For former and current customers, the following are types of information that we collect to perform ordinary banking services and examples of those parties with whom we may share information:

  • Assets, liabilities, income, and employment history (for example, in order to determine whether a loan that you have applied for is saleable in the secondary market).
  • Loans and/or deposits held at other financial institutions, or your employment history (for example, in order to verify the accuracy of the information that you have provided us).
  • Existing debt at other financial institutions that will be paid from our loan proceeds (for example, to persons who will be involved in the closing of a loan, such as attorneys, title companies, etc.).
  • Account processing data (for example, to the operator of the interchange that processes our ATM and Debit Card transactions, or to verify sufficient funds to cover a check).
